Only fresh, warm water is used in the purpose-built Prima Bathing System which produces a vigorous, penetrating spray clearing away dirt, debris and dead skin from the coat. Your dog will just love the invigorating feeling! A natural, deep cleansing shampoo selected according to your dog’s coat color and type will then be massaged in with special attention being paid to paws, undercoat and groin. After a thorough rinse through, a softening conditioner is then applied, which will make the coat gleam! Fresh warm water is used again to rinse away all traces of conditioner and your dog is ready to be dried! Using a combination of towel drying and a professional turbo dryer specifically for dogs, the coat will then be dried through with a steady stream of warm air. After the grooming process, a fresh scented cologne will be applied so you will have the best-smelling dog in town! |

Your dog’s coat will be thoroughly brushed and combed both before and after bathing. This process removes any tangles or mats and stimulates the skin to release and circulate natural oils in the hair. We focus on the paws to trim away unwanted hairs between the pads which can become uncomfortable for the dog. We then pay close attention to the ears, both cleaning out any wax build-up with a gentle lotion and dislodging hair from the ear canal which can lead to too much moisture and possible infection. Finally we will examine the nails and clip them where necessary |
